FSSC 22000 certification scheme, version 7.0. The new ISO 9001:2026 and ISO 19011:2026: changes, additions and the transition period

Three updates land on food producers at almost the same time: the FSSC 22000 version 7.0 scheme, the new ISO 9001:2026 edition and the updated ISO 19011:2026. This course in Yaremche covers them together, because you will have to roll them out in parallel anyway, with one team and one budget.

Four days, eight hours each, on site. We start with the FSSC 22000 v7.0 transition and what changed against version 6.0, then move to the new ISO 22002 standards and the prerequisite programmes. The third block is the new ISO 9001 version, the fourth is internal auditing of a food safety management system under the updated ISO 19011.

Close to half the time goes to cases brought by participants: Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on packaging, the new GMO law, the shift in risk profiles caused by the war, pest management. Bring your own questions and documents, that is where the on-site format pays off.
