- a short diagnostics of current audits;
- a clear planning logic;
- interview and evidence collection practice;
- review of typical report mistakes.
What we practice
Participants practice core auditor skills:
- building audit programs and checklists;
- interviewing without conflicts;
- documenting evidence and observations;
- classifying nonconformities and causes;
- preparing corrective actions.
Tip: we provide checklist and report templates that you can adapt immediately.
Team outcomes
The team gains a clear internal audit logic and can run audits that actually improve processes. After the practicum you get a 3-6 month audit plan and agreed rules for handling nonconformities.
