About the Course
This group consulting complex is designed for food company teams who want to systematically deepen their knowledge of ISO 22000:2018, understand the new requirements of the ISO 22002 series, and learn how to conduct effective internal audits per ISO 19011:2018.
The course covers three interconnected areas that form a complete food safety management system: building and maintaining an FSMS — through up-to-date prerequisite programs — to the auditing toolkit for continuous improvement. Participants gain practical approaches that can be immediately applied in their organization.
Training Program
The course is divided into three separate days, each dedicated to a specific standard or group of requirements:
Day 1 — April 15, 2026 — ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System:
- ISO 22000:2018 FSMS — structure and key requirements;
- Determining the context of the organization — simply and quickly;
- Risk-based approach to the management system, identifying opportunities;
- Top management responsibility;
- Effective tools for FSMS planning and improvement.
Day 2 — April 16, 2026 — ISO 22002-1:2005 and ISO 22002-100:2025 Updated requirements for production and supply chain:
- Review of changes to ISO 22002-1:2005 "Prerequisite programmes on food safety. Part 1: Food manufacturing" — new requirements and application rules;
- New standard ISO 22002-100:2025 "Prerequisite programmes on food safety. Part 100: Requirements for the food, feed and packaging supply chain" — structure, requirements, application rules.
Day 3 — April 17, 2026 — ISO 19011:2018 Conducting internal management system audits:
- The audit and how to get maximum value from it;
- ISO 19011:2018 — organizing and conducting an internal audit of the FSMS;
- Internal audit as an effective improvement tool;
- Practical tools for identifying root causes of nonconformities.
