About the course
A two-day course for teams that want their quality management system to deliver results, and their internal audits to actually improve processes instead of staying a formality. Day one covers the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, day two is hands-on internal auditing under ISO 19011:2018.
We build on real examples from Ukrainian companies: how to set up controlled processes, prepare an evidence base, and teach your team to find the root causes of nonconformities before the certification body arrives. To brush up on the theory before the course, see our complete ISO 9001 certification guide.

Course program
The course is split into two days: day one covers the quality requirements of ISO 9001, day two is the practice of internal auditing under ISO 19011:2018.
Day 1 — July 23, 2026 — ISO 9001:2015 "Quality Management System"
- The base standard for quality management systems, ISO 9001:2015.
- Support. Resources. Competence. Awareness. Communication. Documented information.
- Risk-based thinking and identifying opportunities.
- Top management responsibility.
- Effective tools for planning and improving the QMS.
Day 2 — July 24, 2026 — ISO 19011:2018 "Internal audits of management systems"
- Audit and the attitude toward it, or how to get the most value.
- Organizing and conducting an internal audit of a management system.
- Internal audit as an effective improvement tool.
- Practical tools for determining the causes of nonconformities.
Why two days back to back: day one gives the quality requirements, day two shows immediately how to audit them. The team sees the link between a clause of the standard and a real check, instead of learning theory apart from practice.
Participation fee
UAH 4,800 per participant for the two-day course. Course materials are included.
